96jili Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 96jili ("96jili," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 96jili online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and related services accessible through the 96jili website (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on 96jili, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 96jili Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful and you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 96jili, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 96jili or any other gaming platform in a manner that would prohibit your participation.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity.

96jili reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure. Any winnings generated by an ineligible player may be voided.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the 96jili Platform, you must register a personal account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify 96jili immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Register only one account. Multiple accounts per player are strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. 96jili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

96jili reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits. 96jili accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and major Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank, as well as debit cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Prohibited Payment Methods. 96jili does not accept deposits via credit cards (in compliance with Philippine regulations prohibiting credit card funding of gambling accounts) or any form of cryptocurrency. Attempts to deposit using prohibited methods will be declined and may trigger an account review.

4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. 96jili reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method; GCash withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within minutes during business hours.

4.4 Currency. All transactions on the 96jili Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 96jili is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. 96jili complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by law.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 96jili may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits will be stated in the promotion details.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• 96jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where possible, reasonable advance notice will be provided.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 96jili Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are broadcast in real time from professional studios and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed within the game interface.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on 96jili's servers, the server record shall be the definitive record. 96jili's decision on all game outcomes is final and binding.

If a game malfunctions or is interrupted due to a technical error, 96jili reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. 96jili is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 96jili Platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors may be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 96jili staff or other players.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 96jili Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements — is the property of 96jili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 96jili.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

96jili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein. 96jili implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

10. Responsible Gaming

96jili is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 96jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, even if 96jili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

96jili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 96jili makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 96jili's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

96jili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 96jili will provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered players via email or in-platform notification. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 96jili Platform shall first be submitted to 96jili's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having competent jurisdiction.

96jili operates in alignment with Philippine gaming regulations under PAGCOR oversight. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
